What does TA Freight do?

How do quotes and payments work?
Pricing is shipment-specific and depends on the lane, freight, equipment, timing, and carrier availability. Customers receive the agreed quote or invoice before payment and are charged for accepted freight coordination and related transportation arrangements.
Who actually transports the freight?
The physical transportation is performed by third-party trucking companies or motor carriers coordinated for the shipment. TA Freight manages freight arrangement, communication, and logistics support.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If TA Freight cancels before service begins, amounts paid for that service are refunded. If a customer cancels before carrier dispatch, eligible unearned TA Freight service fees may be refunded less any non-refundable carrier or third-party charges already incurred. After dispatch or after transportation/coordination services have been performed, completed or non-refundable charges are generally not refundable. Contact support promptly with any billing issue.
